Chef Okuda Masayuki also values the diversity of options for everyone. He can cater to vegetarians and vegans on reservations. In 2016, Chef Okuda ranked 3rd at The Vegetarian Chance's contest.
The food at Al-che-cciano aims to blend Italian recipes with the strong taste of local vegetables.
